Azree brings with him more than 16 years of management consulting experience in public policy design, strategy development, implementation, business transformation and performance management having served clients in Malaysia and abroad
Throughout his career he has led multiple engagements in developing national and state level socio-economic policy design, national level masterplan development as well as strategic growth design for private sector clients in multiple industries which include government, retail, automotive, education, airlines, airport management and urban development
Prior to Quantum Catalyst Partners, Azree was a partner of consulting firm with global presence which focused on national level public sector transformation and business transformation and was an engagement manager at Ethos & Co., a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on public policy and business strategy
With a passion for youth and sports, Azree is also an Executive Committee Member for the Football Association of Selangor
Azree holds a Bachelor of International Business and is a certified HRDF Certified Trainer
Solihin Rosli
Partner
Solihin brings with him over a decade of experience as a consultant in areas related to energy, transportation & logistics, retail, healthcare and agriculture.
He has served clients locally and internationally in both the private and public sector. During his career he was involved in various private and public consulting engagements, ranging from the development of strategic corporate growth and quantum leap plans to various economic based policy design as well as macro-level masterplan development engagements
Prior to Quantum Catalyst Partners, Solihin was a Vice President of a consulting firm with global presence and was involved in various projects in Malaysia, Africa and Asia. He also was part of the Transformation Management Office at Malaysia Airlines
Solihin holds a Bachelor of Economics (BEc) Majoring in Economics and Accounting from University of Sydney, Australia

Izhar Moslim
Director, Co-Founder and Partner
Izhar brings with him over a decade of experience in programme management, public policy analysis, government & business strategy, entrepreneur ship, private equity and management consulting.
He is also currently the MD of a boutique property development company and GM of a private investment firm in the property development sector and other general investment opportunities.
Passionate about youth and sports, he was the Executive Director for Yayasan Raja Muda Selangor and CEO Selangor Youth Community (SAY) an NGO for youths founded by the Crown Prince of Selangor. He also held the position of Vice President for the Football Association of Selangor
Izhar holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Melbourne Australia and a Masters of Commerce and MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) Australia
